Employing over 100 people, our group comprises of Reynella Mazda, Southern Volkswagen, Southgate Used Cars, Southgate GWM Haval, Southgate LDV and EV Moto SA. We currently deliver over 200 vehicles a month with an annual turnover in excess of $100 million per annum. SCL Automotive Group is currently seeking a Senior Warranty Administrator to join our team, in a permanent, full-time capacity. Key Responsibilities include: Processing warranty claims, ensuring manufacturer procedures are complied with. Leading a team of Warranty clerks, and providing training and mentorship Liaise with manufacturers and Service Managers to cost warranty repairs, reconcile accounts and prepare repair orders. Stay up to date with manufacturer process and procedure. Working closely with Service Managers to ensure timely warranty submission Our Ideal Candidate: Previous experience as a senior warranty clerk in a Dealership will be highly regarded but not essential. Exposure to multi brand sites Must like problem solving and helping customers. Accuracy and a high attention to detail Ability to work in high paced environment.
