Provide essential support in coordinating Water and Sewer field operations Work in a dynamic and service focused team Casual position Balance your life with a combination of day work and shift work on a rotating roster About the role The role of Dispatch Administration Officer is responsible for the day to day coordination of all reactive and scheduled water and sewer field work. This involves the receipt, triage, scheduling, dispatch and monitoring of all water and sewer field activities, as well as reinforcing process, data capture, cost allocation and reporting functions in alignment with the goals and objectives set by the section. To be successful in this role, you will have: a Certificate III qualification in Business Administration or related field OR demonstrated solid contemporary experience in a similar role, combined with ongoing professional development a current First Aid certificate demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills demonstrated knowledge of the Water and Sewer industry experience and ability to work independently whilst managing day-to-day issues associated within a medium to large sized organisation the ability to professionally handle difficult situations in a dynamic and fast paced environment experience in a customer service role coordinating and executing a high level of administration support. Other important information The commencing salary for this position is up to $51.41 per hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading) .
