We are seeking a driven, high energy individual who is looking for a long-term career in real estate to work along side our leading Property Management team, as a Leasing Consultant. This position is a pivotal support role and will provide you with an opportunity to expand your real estate skills and experience. The role encompasses a diverse range of tasks, focusing on leasing, administration, and customer service. Key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to: Conducting open homes and private appointments. Assisting with processing applications and presenting for approval. Demonstrating available properties to prospective tenants. Assisting in launching properties to the rental market. Managing all tenant enquiries via phone and email. Attending and presenting in weekly team meetings. Providing overall support to the team. Weekend work (Saturdays), with flexible hours during the week. To succeed in this role, you should preferably display: A strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and initiative abilities. Desire to produce outstanding customer service. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Sharp administration and computer literacy skills, with corporate awareness. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Energetic team attitude to join our uplifting team culture. Real Estate Certificate of Registration (experience desired but not required). A NSW driver's licence and own reliable vehicle.
