This role is suitable for someone who has an interest in the lives and abilities of each potential volunteer who contacts us and can match them to the many volunteer roles we have listed with our not-for-profit organisations. This will be done through interviews by telephone or face-to-face. You will be trained to use our CRM computer system and to match volunteer's skills, personalities and aspirations. Administration work includes replying to emails, answering phones and booking appointments.
