Full-Time About the Role This is a hands-on, split role across dispatch and reception located at GTurbo diesel performance workshop in Balcatta. You’ll be responsible for the ordering and distribution of stock whilst also handling customer enquiries and day-to-day admin duties. This position is suited to someone who is organised, proactive, and confident in dealing with people. Dispatch Key Responsibilities Place orders with suppliers and manage inventory Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders Coordinate freight bookings and track deliveries Manage incoming parts and maintain stock organisation Respond to supplier emails Reception Key Responsibilities Greet customers and support front of house reception Answer phones and assist with customer enquiries Assist with booking jobs and general admin tasks Monitor emails Invoicing Processing payments Skills & Experience Previous experience in dispatch, admin, or customer service Strong communication skills (phone, email, and in person) High attention to detail and ability to multitask Good computer skills (email, Xero, excel) Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment Automotive or diesel knowledge highly regarded (not essential) What’s on Offer Full-time, stable position Competitive hourly rate Employee discount on GTurbo' products Opportunities for career progression and advancement Our team & business is growing rapidly.
