About the role We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Client Services Administrator to join our team at MGI Adelaide. This is a full-time role based in our Eastwood, SA 5063 office. As the Client Services Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. What you'll be doing Continuously improving client service processes and identifying opportunities for enhancement Manage new client onboarding processes end to end, including identity verification and AML/CTF compliance Handle client closures, including ethical letters and document transfers to incoming accountants Process ATO registrations, cancellations and portal requests, and collate documents for banks and other third parties Support ASIC lodgements alongside the corporate secretarial team Coordinate trustee resolutions with professional staff, ensuring accuracy and completeness Drive adoption of new technology, software and AI tools across the practice Coordinate communication around lodgement program Manage new employee system setup (FuseWorks, CAS360, BGL, Campaign Monitor and similar) Assist with firm marketing, social media and client communications as required Coordinate firm events and social functions What we're looking for Proven experience in a similar role in a public practice accounting firm.
