About Booth Transport Booth Transport is a national bulk transport operator with a fleet of prime movers, trailers and tankers serviced through our own network of workshops across the country. We're looking for an experienced administrator to join the fleet department and take ownership of purchase orders and invoice processing. About the role Reporting to the National Parts Manager, you'll be responsible for raising purchase orders and processing supplier invoices for our national workshop network. Parts, tyres, services and external repairs across the fleet all flow through this role, so accuracy, follow-through and good supplier relationships are key. It's a high-volume position with regular contact with our workshop managers, suppliers and finance team. Key responsibilities Raise purchase orders in our fleet management system for parts, consumables, external repairs and services Match, code and process supplier invoices, resolving discrepancies with suppliers and workshop managers Liaise with workshops nationally to ensure POs are raised promptly and correctly against the right work orders and units Maintain accurate supplier records, pricing and account details Follow up outstanding orders, back-orders and credits Support month-end processes including accruals and reconciliation of fleet spend Assist the fleet management team with general administration as required What you'll bring Experience in purchasing, accounts payable, fleet/workshop administration or a similar high-volume admin role Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers Confident communicator – comfortable picking up the phone to suppliers and workshops Good Excel skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly A practical, self-starting approach and the ability to manage competing priorities Exposure to transport, automotive, heavy vehicle or workshop environments will be highly regarded but is not essential What we offer A stable, full-time role with a well-established national operator A supportive team and direct exposure to fleet operations across the country On-the-job training in our systems and processes
