About the Role Our client is seeking a proactive and highly organised Senior Team Coordinator to support their Cambridge studio. This role will provide administrative and operational support to the leadership, architectural and heritage consultancy teams, ensuring the smooth running of projects and day-to-day studio operations. The successful candidate will be commercially aware, self-motivated and solutions-focused, with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced creative environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with project administration including reports, presentations, fee proposals and project documentation Maintain accurate project records, document control and compliance within Common Data Environments (CDEs) Support project timelines, resourcing and monthly project reviews using CMap Coordinate project review packs, collating financial, resourcing and risk information Act as a central point of contact for studio administration and support the wider management team Coordinate onboarding, CPD programmes, training sessions and team events Assist with operational tasks including travel, expenses, studio maintenance, office supplies and H&S documentation Support quality assurance processes and assist with risk management across projects Skills & Experience Essential Previous experience in a Team Coordinator, Project Administrator or similar support role Proficiency in CMap or similar project management software, alongside Microsoft Office Suite Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills High attention to detail, professionalism and commercial awareness Experience working within an architectural, design or creative studio environment Desirable Experience using Adobe Creative Suite Knowledge of document control systems including Aconex, CEMAR, Atvero or CMap PIM Benefits & Culture Our client offers a collaborative and flexible working environment with an excellent benefits package, including hybrid working, increasing annual leave, study support, enhanced learning and development opportunities, sabbaticals, wellbeing initiatives, professional subscription support, volunteering schemes and regular team events.
