The Opportunity Allshelter is seeking an organised, proactive and people-focused People & Workplace Manager to support the day-to-day running of the business and help foster a positive, high-performing team environment. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a diverse, hands-on role combining people & culture coordination, workplace management, administration and executive support responsibilities. It's ideally suited to someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in helping teams and operations run smoothly. Key Responsibilities Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes Support recruitment coordination and candidate experience Assist with employee engagement initiatives, team culture and internal events Maintain HR administration, policies and employee records Oversee office operations, workplace facilities and supplier coordination Provide administrative and coordination support to leadership Assist with internal communications and business administration Support operational improvements and day-to-day business coordination About You You are highly organised, adaptable and enjoy being the person who keeps things running efficiently behind the scenes. You will also bring: Previous experience in people & culture, office management, administration or dynamic operational support roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A proactive, solutions-focused mindset Understanding of basic HR processes, confidentiality and record-keeping requirements.
