A major earthmoving machinery dealership is seeking an experienced and motivated Territory Sales Representative to join their growing NSW team, covering Sydney Metro through to the South Coast . This is an outstanding opportunity to represent a respected brand with a strong market presence, excellent product support, and genuine earning potential. About the Role You will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships across contractors, civil construction companies, earthmoving businesses, quarrying operations, and owner-operators throughout your territory. Your focus will include: Selling a range of premium earthmoving machinery Managing and growing an existing customer base Generating new business opportunities across the region Conducting on-site customer visits and machine demonstrations Preparing quotations and negotiating sales outcomes Working closely with service and parts departments to deliver complete customer solutions Maintaining strong market awareness and competitor knowledge What’s on Offer Attractive base salary uncapped commissions Company vehicle, phone, and laptop Strong pipeline of quality equipment and stock availability Established dealership with excellent reputation and support structure Career progression opportunities within a growing organisation Supportive team culture with long-term stability About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: Previous experience in earthmoving, construction, agricultural, or heavy equipment sales Strong knowledge of machinery and the construction industry Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships High level communication and negotiation skills Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously A professional and customer-focused attitude Current driver’s licence Desirable Experience Experience selling or working with: Excavators Wheel Loaders Skid Steers Site Dumpers Compaction Telehandlers Forestyr equipment will be highly regarded.
