You will: Lead and mentor a team of social media specialists across multiple client accounts Manage your own portfolio of clients and campaigns end-to-end Oversee content planning, scheduling, approvals, reporting, and campaign rollouts Work closely with internal creative teams on social strategy, content direction, and execution Support content creation across social and digital platforms Use AI tools and digital workflows to support content, management, operational efficiencies, and creative processes Work across a variety of industries in a fast-paced agency environment Build strong client relationships and confidently manage communication across projects Contribute ideas around content performance, campaign optimisation, and evolving social trends You will bring: 3 years’ experience within an agency environment (must-have) Previous experience managing social accounts and client relationships across multiple brands Leadership or team management experience Strong understanding of social platforms, digital trends, content strategy, and performance-driven content Experience using scheduling platforms, content planners, CapCut, and design/editing tools A strong understanding of emerging AI tools and digital workflows A professional, proactive, and highly organised working style A degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field Australian working rights and a driver’s licence The ability to adapt quickly, multitask, and work confidently in a collaborative team environment This is a full-time, working on-site based in Western Sydney, offering the opportunity to join a collaborative agency environment with strong long-term growth potential.
