About the opportunity We have an exiting opportunity for a permanent, full-time Administration Support Officer to Join our team! The Administration Support Officer is an important role within Kids’ Early Learning, providing essential support to the management team and services across the organisation. The role helps ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the service through coordination of recruitment, training, events, communication and administrative processes. As a key support role, it helps our teams remain organised, responsive and focused on delivering high-quality outcomes for children and families. Qualifications and experience Essential: Minimum Certificate lll in Business Administration Highly developed organisational and time management skills Advanced computer literacy skills in Microsoft Office suite Advanced written and verbal communication skills. Desirable: A minimum of 4 years’ relevant work experience Knowledge of Local Government procedure in relation to early childhood education and care Demonstrated commitment to customer service Current class C driver’s licence.
