They are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join their team in Rooty Hill, NSW. The Role The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the administrative and operational functions of the office to support the efficient delivery of real estate and property management services. This is a full-time position with an annual salary of $80,000 plus superannuation. The Responsibilities Coordinate daily office operations to ensure efficient administrative and business support activities Develop and maintain office procedures, administrative systems, and operational workflows Monitor office resources, equipment, and supply requirements to support uninterrupted operations Maintain property, client, leasing, and business records in accordance with organisational and compliance requirements Coordinate schedules, meetings, inspections, and communication between staff, clients, contractors, and stakeholders Support sales and property management teams through administrative coordination and document preparation Monitor incoming correspondence, enquiries, and office communications to ensure timely responses and follow-up Prepare reports, operational documents, and business correspondence for management and internal use Coordinate invoicing, payment processing, and administrative support relating to office expenditure and supplier accounts Assist with onboarding processes, staff coordination, and allocation of administrative responsibilities Monitor compliance with workplace procedures, privacy requirements, and real estate documentation standards Maintain accurate filing systems, databases, and digital records across office operations Identify administrative inefficiencies and implement process improvements to support workflow and productivity Coordinate with external service providers, contractors, and suppliers regarding operational requirements The Requirements: Must hold a minimum Degree qualification in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Minimum 3 years' experience as an Office Manager or in an office administration management role At least 3 years' experience coordinating office operations, administrative systems, and business support functions Minimum 3 years' experience managing records, schedules, correspondence, and operational documentation in a commercial environment At least 3 years' experience supporting multidisciplinary teams within property, real estate, or customer service environments At least 3 years' experience using office management systems, Microsoft Office applications, and business administration software Strong knowledge of office administration procedures, workflow coordination, and document management practices Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills Ability to prepare reports, maintain accurate records, and manage confidential information professionally Good understanding of workplace compliance, administrative controls, and customer service standards Ability to work independently and support business operations within structured deadlines High attention to detail and problem-solving capability
