We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our professional team in Bruce. This role will primarily focus on payroll processing and bookkeeping support for a variety of clients. The successful applicant will have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines while working both independently and within a team environment. Key responsibilities include: Prepare and process payroll STP reconciliation and finalisation Superannuation processing and compliance Accounts payable and receivable Bank, GST and balance sheet reconciliations As a paperless office, a high level of competency with general IT systems and cloud-based software is expected. Experience with Xero, MYOB and the Microsoft Office Suite will be highly regarded. We are seeking a professional and reliable candidate with strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and team members.
