Duties: Work closely with business and system users to map business processes for the purpose of understanding business domain problems. Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and cost estimation. Write functional requirements along with acceptance criteria. Create and manage User Stories and other DevOps Work Items. Skills & Experience: Demonstrated experience working in an enterprise-class environment with business and technology areas undertaking business analysis activities through the entire SDLC, including producing business-focused documentation and technology-focussed documentation. Demonstrated experience working in an agile delivery team developing artefacts such as business process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes and/or prototypes using DevOps toolsets to manage and allocate work. Experience coordinating and leading consultation with internal and external stakeholders to elicit requirements and to share-back analysis and distillation of the requirements, and to coordinate user review and acceptance activities. Some experience using technologies such as SQL queries, MS Excel, and or Power BI for the purposes of business analysis.
