Webber Insurance Services is looking for a Client Services Administrator to support one of our broker teams by taking ownership of assigned client service tasks, helping ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently, with strong follow-through. You will be joining a busy professional services environment where attention to detail, clear communication, and good workflow management matter. This role starts with hands-on administrative and operational work while you learn our systems, then develops into broader coordination and workflow support across the team. Previous insurance experience is welcome but not essential. Many of our team members started outside the insurance industry, and we provide structured training and support. This is a hybrid role based in our Linden Park office . Full-time is preferred; however, we are open to candidates who can commit to at least 30 hours per week . Once fully trained, staff typically work from home up to two days per week. You can find more about our team here - https://www.webberinsurance.com.au/about Key Responsibilities In this role, you will: Review renewal declarations and quote forms to ensure information is complete and accurate Contact clients to follow up missing information or clarify details Use insurer systems to obtain quotes in line with broker instructions Answer phone enquiries and direct matters appropriately Follow up underwriters and insurers on outstanding items Assist with invoicing, payment follow-ups, and issuing certificates of insurance Use our CRM and broking system to manage and update client records Support the team to keep tasks moving and meet deadlines What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who has: Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail Confidence working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Clear and professional communication skills Confidence speaking with clients and insurers over the phone The ability to learn new systems quickly and use technology efficiently Previous administration experience A minimum of 5 years of administration experience Australian work rights Insurance experience is helpful, but not essential.
