The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our dynamic team in a part-time role (Monday to Thursday - 24 hours per week). Key Responsibilities: Welcoming clients to Executive Wealth Partners and ensuring they feel valued and supported at all stages of contact with our office. Answering incoming calls, responding to client queries and maintaining a high level of customer care and contact. Calling clients to arrange introduction and review meetings. General administration/office duties. Providing outstanding administrative support to the team, helping to ensure the efficiency of day-to-day operations. What We’re Looking For: To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: Minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role is preferred. Excellent communication skills including confidence dealing with people. Strong ability to work to deadlines, prioritise tasks, and problem solve. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills An ability to proactively anticipate needs, take ownership of tasks and effectively work without supervision. Why Join Us?
