The Role We are seeking a highly organised and driven National Foodservice Coordinator to support our Foodservice channel nationally. Based in Mentone and reporting to the Head of Foodservice Distributors, this role plays a critical part in supporting distributor and field sales activities to drive profitable growth across the channel. The key purpose of this role is to coordinate customer portals, field sales tools, trade spend management and equipment processes to ensure the Foodservice team can execute effectively and deliver against national targets. Working closely with Regional Sales Managers, OOH field teams and key internal stakeholders, your responsibilities will include: Supporting national communications and field trade presentations. Managing and updating national customer portals and sales tools platforms. Coordinating distributor and field trade spend and assisting with equipment budget management. Supporting equipment processes including inventory management, placement and collection in collaboration with external providers. Assisting with reporting on sales distribution gaps and forecasting uplifts or reductions that may impact delivery efficiencies. Supporting internal Foodservice processes while demonstrating leadership across the broader OOH channel. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role that requires strong attention to detail, commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The Person Role To be successful in this role, you will be proactive, detail-oriented and commercially minded, with the confidence to work across multiple stakeholders nationally. You will also demonstrate: Minimum 2 years’ administrative experience, ideally within FMCG or a sales support environment. Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret GSV, trade spend and NSV. Excellent organisational agility and the ability to navigate formal and informal networks effectively. A strong customer focus and drive for results. Clear and confident communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships. High proficiency in Microsoft Office platforms.
