We are seeking a candidate who can demonstrate: Has a minimum of 1 year experience cooking in an a la carte restaurant environment Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality seasonal dishes Assisting the senior chefs Preparing fish and seafood Keep stations clean and compliant with food safety standards. Adhering to food hygiene practices Mindful portion and waste control A keen eye for detail An ability to move with a sense of purpose and work efficiently whilst maintaining a calm demeanour.
