About the Role: We’re seeking an experienced and commercially astute Hotel Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Group General Manager, you’ll take ownership of all aspects of hotel operations including operations, sales and revenue management. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Hotel Manager or an Executive Assistant Manager / Operations Manager looking to step up into a Hotel Management role within a significant sized business dynamic, fast paced multi-outlet environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead all hotel operations, including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Events, and Gaming, ensuring seamless delivery across multiple revenue streams. Own full P&L performance and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability. Develop and execute operational plans, sales & marketing initiatives, and guest experience strategies aligned with brand and market expectations Lead and inspire a team of dedicated professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance and a positive working atmosphere. Oversee talent acquisition, staff development, and retention to build a world-class team. Work closely with the finance team to develop and manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue through strategic initiatives. Ensure exceptional standards of service, compliance, and operational efficiency at all times Champion the hotel’s reputation, fostering relationships with guests, partners, and key stakeholders in the local community Continuously innovate, identifying opportunities to enhance guest experience, operational processes, and revenue generation Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, liquor licensing laws, gaming requirements and company policies.
