The Moseley Bar & Kitchen is a premium beachside venue offering delicious food and cocktails in the heart of Glenelg. Our beautiful venue is located in the iconic Moseley Square and includes a balcony, function room and 2 bars. We are looking for a full time Duty Manager to join our team. As a Duty Manager, you’ll take the lead on shift, providing excellent customer experiences as well as supporting and guiding our team. Key responsibilities of the role • Manage staff and security on shift to ensure smooth daily operations • Ability to manage a very busy venue with upwards of 700 patrons on Saturday nights • Set the service standards for the team, and provide excellent customer service • Ensure safety in the workplace and adherence to safe work processes • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the venue • Support the Venue Manager in controlling stock About you • Passion for hospitality industry and positive leadership • Previous experience in hospitality • Flexible to work across a 7-day roster including evenings and weekends • Sound cash handling and administrative skills • RSA and RP badge essential To apply, send your CV including a few lines about why you are applying.
