About the role An exciting opportunity has opened within our head office for a driven, highly organised team player. In this fast‑paced, high‑volume environment, you’ll take the lead in coordinating scheduled works and project requests, working closely with trades and subcontractors while building strong, positive relationships with our clients. The role will also include: Answering calls – first point of contact for scheduling Liaising with clients to understand service requirements and updating scheduling contacts to ensure requests are met Maintaining the scheduling database by ensuring job details are updated regularly and scheduled services are undertaken Liaising with management regarding jobs and being proactive in providing solutions and resolutions where possible Managing the updating of all scheduled works and further works Updating, investigating and following up job queries/ gathering of information to ensure scheduling team have all available information The successful applicant will need to have: Minimum 2 years in a similar work coordination role Highly organised with proven ability to manage high volumes of work, meet deadlines and prioritise conflicting priorities and projects Highly developed communication and Interpersonal skills A high degree of initiative, takes ownership of issues and demonstrates a "can do" attitude High attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure Experience using a variety of computer software packages including MS Office Team player that can also work autonomously Experience in construction or maintenance would be highly advantageous! Current driver's license Be willing to undergo a Police Check and hold/be willing to obtain a Blue Card
