The successful HR Business Partner will focus on: Strategic People Planning & Business Partnering – workforce planning with risk and capability; change management; high risk and complex ER Case Management and Compliance; Audits; Award / EA interpretations and EA negotiations; Visa Compliance; Talent Capability Key tasks: Employee Relations Industrial Relations Performance Appraisal Key Generalist activities -Support managers in achieving timely completion of probation reviews and ensuring the probation review processes are adhered to for all new hires. -Maintain Vsure for all current employees and ensure company is compliant with immigration requirements. Review Employment confirmation letters. -Responsible for maintaining sound HR records and filing in a manner which is easily understood and contains all relevant information ready in the case that it is called upon for legal reasons. -Provide support to enable change management initiatives. Critical skills and experience required: Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years of HR experience With extensive experience in disciplinary and performance management is required Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Ability to meet deadlines and produce accurate reports Computer literate with accurate data entry skills Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality Ability to interpret Australian workplace Awards, Agreements and relevant Industrial Relations legislation Attention to detail Good mediation skills Previous Human Resources experience is essential Must have current drivers' license and personal vehicle The successful candidate will be based at Wingfield Office Full onsite training will be provided to the successful applicant.
