This is a collaborative team that achieves great outcomes for their clients, a pivotal part of their service. We are seeking an organised and proactive Parts & Inventory Coordinator to join our team. This is a varied role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong administrative, inventory and coordination skills. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our technicians, managing inventory processes and ensuring our programmed maintenance operations run efficiently. Key Responsibilities Processing parts orders received from technicians via email Allocating parts from existing stock or ordering from suppliers as required Receiving incoming parts orders and accurately allocating stock Maintaining warehouse stock levels and conducting regular stocktakes Reviewing and managing dead stock Actively sourcing alternative suppliers for parts and consumables Sourcing service and parts manuals from suppliers Working within internal systems to ensure pricing accuracy and data integrity Coordinating programmed maintenance activities, including: Inputting jobs into the system Ordering programmed maintenance kits Processing reports and sending documentation to customers Monitoring timelines and ensuring deadlines are met About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: Previous experience in parts coordination, inventory control or warehouse administration Strong organisational skills and attention to detail The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively Excellent communication and customer service skills Confidence working with computer systems and inventory software A proactive approach to problem-solving and supplier management Experience within a service, mechanical or industrial environment will be highly regarded What We Offer Supportive team environment Diverse and hands-on role Opportunity to contribute to a growing business Competitive package Apply now, as this opportunity will not last long!
