This is a hybrid role based in Adelaide, with 2 days per week working in person in the northern suburbs and the remaining days remote. ABOUT VISIBELLE We’re a specialised digital marketing agency working primarily with aesthetic and cosmetic clinics across Australia. Our focus is helping clinics build a premium online presence that reflects the quality of their brand, attracts better-fit clients, and supports long-term growth. As our agency continues to grow, we’re looking for someone with strong content and social media skills who enjoys both the creative and strategic side of marketing. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING • Assisting with content planning, campaign ideas and creative shoot briefs • Researching trends, platform updates and content opportunities • Creating social media content across Instagram and Facebook • Editing short-form video content and designing creative assets • Writing captions and copy aligned with different brand voices • Scheduling and managing content across multiple client accounts • Assisting with Meta paid ad creatives and campaign setup • Reviewing content performance and contributing ideas for improvement • Reviewing content to ensure it aligns with medical advertising guidelines and compliance standards • Managing deadlines, client deliverables and day-to-day account tasks ABOUT YOU • Minimum 2 years experience in content creation and social media marketing, including managing multiple accounts. • Strong attention to detail and understanding of premium/luxury branding • Strong video editing and graphic design skills • Strong copywriting skills and understanding of brand tone and messaging • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively • Comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency without losing quality or authenticity • Interest or experience within the beauty or cosmetic industry will be highly regarded This role is ideal for someone looking to build long-term experience within a growing specialised agency environment.
