The AFL Stores – Part Time Retail Assistant Our AFL Store at West Lakes, Westfield Shopping Centre is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Retail Sales Assistant to support the Store Manager in driving performance and delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our fans. This role is perfect for someone who is customer-focused, team-oriented, and excited to share their love of AFL with others. Key Responsibilities: Promote and maintain premium customer service Provide information, assistance and advice to customers in a friendly and helpful manner Maintain your knowledge of store products so you can assist our customers Handle customer complaints in a professional manner Receive and process purchase payments in line with company procedures using our POS system , AP21.
