ConsultANZ is currently seeking a Piling Supervisor to join a well-established piling contractor delivering foundation and civil infrastructure projects in New South Wales. Main Duties: Supervise and coordinate piling activities across various foundation and civil infrastructure projects Oversee operations involving CFA, rotary bored, driven, bored piles, diaphragm (D-wall), secant walls, and micro piles Ensure all quality assurance and quality control procedures are implemented and maintained on-site Enforce OH&S standards and promote a strong safety culture across all site activities Manage site teams, subcontractors, plant, and daily operations to ensure productivity and efficiency Monitor project progress, resolve site issues, and report updates to Project Engineers and Management Liaise with engineers, clients, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely project delivery Requirements: 5-8 years' experience working as a Foreman/Supervisor within the civil infrastructure sector. Strong background in foundation works or civil infrastructure projects Experience across multiple piling methodologies (CFA, rotary bored, driven, diaphragm walls, secant walls, micro piles) Solid understanding of construction processes, QA/QC systems, and site safety regulations Proven ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and maintain site performance Ability to work closely with Project Managers and Engineers to meet project deadlines Strong communication and problem-solving skills Benefits: Competitive salary package of $120K–$140K base super car, negotiable depending on experience.
