An established national HVAC construction and service contractor with a strong pipeline of commercial projects across NSW are seeking Junior HVAC Technicians to join their growing service and installation teams. The business operates across a wide range of sectors including corporate commercial, healthcare, education, industrial, retail, and government facilities. They deliver both small-to-medium installation works as well as ongoing service and maintenance contracts across large-scale commercial assets. This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified or early-career HVAC technician who is looking to build long-term experience within a structured environment, working alongside experienced senior technicians and project teams. The business places strong emphasis on training, technical development, and career progression into senior technician or supervisory pathways. You will gain exposure to a variety of mechanical HVAC systems, including VRV/VRF systems, ducted systems, split systems, and commercial ventilation across live and occupied sites.
