Due to continued growth, they are seeking an Assistant Development Manager to support the delivery of a large-scale mixed-use development from planning through to completion. The Opportunity Reporting to the Development Director, you will assist with the coordination and delivery of a mixed-use residential project across multiple stages of development. Other key responsibilities include: Coordinating Consultants, Authorities, & Project Stakeholders DA Submissions, Planning approvals, & Design Management Assisting with Feasibility Modelling, Budgeting, & Financial Reporting Preparing Reports, Presentations, & Development Updates Monitoring Programme, Project Risks, & Key Milestones Who We’re Looking For To be considered for this exciting opportunity it is essential that you have current experience as an Assistant Development Manager.
