This is an excellent opportunity for a younger, experienced CA (typically 3 years minimum experience) who wants greater exposure to complex commercial builds, stronger career progression, and the chance to work on varied and challenging projects in Perth’s booming northern corridor. About the Role You will play a key role in the successful delivery of commercial construction projects, providing crucial contract administration support from pre-construction through to handover. Working closely with Project Managers, Site Teams, and subcontractors, you’ll ensure projects stay on track, on budget, and fully compliant. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, review, and manage subcontracts, variations, and claims, Administer contracts in line with Australian Standards (AS4000/AS2124), Manage RFIs, progress claims, extensions of time, and correspondence, Track project documentation, including quality, safety, and compliance records, Support cost control, forecasting, and monthly reporting, Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors professionally and proactively, Procure materials for site requirements, Assist in labour planning & allocations to projects. About You: 3 years’ minimum experience as a Contract Administrator in construction (residential or commercial) or trade business role, Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes Relevant qualifications or recent direct experience, Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and communication skills Proactive, positive attitude, and genuine desire to grow your career Full Australian work rights Experience on commercial projects (offices, retail, industrial, or mixed-use) will be highly regarded, along with experience using Jobpac or similar construction management software being desirable.
