We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Electrical Estimator to lead our estimating function and play a key role in the continued growth of the business. This is an opportunity for a high-performing estimator to step into a leadership role, work directly with the Managing Director, and help shape the future of a business with significant growth plans across Western Australia and interstate. About the Role As Senior Electrical Estimator / Estimating Manager, you will be responsible for: Preparing accurate and competitive tenders for commercial and industrial projects Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation Completing take-offs using Groundplan and other estimating software Obtaining and analysing supplier and subcontractor quotations Developing pricing strategies and value engineering opportunities Managing tender submissions through EstimateOne, Procore and similar platforms Maintaining strong relationships with builders, consultants and suppliers Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities Supporting and improving estimating systems and processes Working closely with design, engineering and project delivery teams Contributing to strategic growth and business development initiatives What We’re Looking For We are seeking someone who has: 6 years’ experience in electrical estimating Strong commercial and industrial estimating experience Experience working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 electrical contractor (highly regarded) Design & Construct (D&C) experience Excellent understanding of Australian Standards and construction methodologies Strong negotiation and communication skills Established relationships with builders and industry stakeholders Business development and client relationship experience Leadership capability and ambition to grow into a senior management role High attention to detail and strong commercial acumen Software Experience (Preferred) Groundplan EstimateOne Procore Microsoft Excel Monday.com AroFlo Bluebeam Why Join Bayliss Engineering Group?
