We are a family owned and operated business that specialises in Landscaping, Commercial Garden Maintenance, and Commercial Lawn Mowing. To be considered for this role the applicant must: · have a minimum of two years and recent experience in gardening, landscaping and lawn maintenance · have a Certificate III in Horticulture as a minimum · hold a current Police Clearance · have experience with lawn and garden powered equipment · be able to work alone and in a supervisory position · be responsible, reliable, hardworking and conscientious · hold a valid C class (manual driving) licence · be well presented and professional when dealing with clients · previous reticulation experience will be highly regarded Tasks Include: · Prepare and maintain seedbeds and growing sites · Propagation and planting of trees, shrubs, hedges, flowers and bulbs · Prepare lawn areas by spreading top soil, levelling, compacting and planting turf · Maintain planted and grassed areas by weeding, trimming, fertilizing, watering, spraying and mowing · Identify and treat weeds, pests and diseases · Prune trees and hedges, and install plant support and protection devices · Grow and maintain indoor plants and conservatory displays · Supervising and overseeing gardening teams · Liaise with managers, clients and staff members to develop efficient methods and outcomes · Maintain equipment, tools and plant in a safe and good condition ONLY SUITABLE CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED.
