The Business Improvement PMO Lead provides strategic leadership and governance across Pacific Energy’s Business Improvement Project portfolio, ensuring every initiative is supported by strong, people‑centred change management. The role maintains and enhances the PMO framework to drive consistent, disciplined delivery and effective adoption of change. As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, the business improvement PMO Lead oversees portfolio performance, manages interdependencies, builds project and change capability, and fosters a culture of adaptability, continuous improvement and sustainable transformation.
