About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our IT and Business Improvement team. In this role, you will work closely with operational stakeholders, software developers, and leadership teams to analyse business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support the delivery of innovative technology solutions. You will play a key role in Agile software delivery, systems integration analysis, process improvement initiatives, and change management activities while helping ensure business requirements are translated into practical and efficient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate and participate in Agile software delivery ceremonies and Agile practices. Coordinate release management activities, including planning and scheduling releases. Map existing business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of business systems, processes, and data requirements. Conduct software reverse engineering to understand existing system functionality and recommend improvements. Perform data analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making. Act as a key point of contact for new feature requests from internal stakeholders and customers. Translate business requirements into functional solutions and support solution design discussions with development teams. Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the business to support collaboration and change adoption. Support change management initiatives associated with new systems, processes, and technology implementations. Develop training materials including quick reference guides and training modules, and deliver end-user training sessions. Conduct IT systems integration analysis to support business and operational requirements. Skills & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years’ experience working as a Business Analyst. Strong experience in process mapping and business process improvement initiatives. Experience working within Agile project delivery environments. Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement, change management, and stakeholder communications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret business and technical requirements. Experience with data analysis and reporting. Microsoft SQL Server experience highly desirable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively across operational and technical teams. Why Join Centurion?
