We specialise in advanced manufacturing of Wood Plastic Composite products and rotationally moulded polyethylene systems, producing sustainable alternatives to traditional timber, steel and concrete infrastructure. Our products are used across infrastructure, environmental, and industrial projects throughout Australia. Due to strong and growing demand, we are expanding our team and are seeking reliable and motivated people for roles including: Production Operators Machine Operators Rotomoulding Technicians Forklift Operators Production Assistants We offer Full-Time, Part-Time and Casual roles, with pay rates up to 20% above award for the right candidates. What You'll Be Doing Working as part of our manufacturing team, you will assist in producing high-quality products through modern polymer processing and fabrication equipment. Responsibilities may include: • Manufacturing products according to production schedules • Operating and assisting with extrusion and rotomoulding equipment • Loading raw materials into machinery • Monitoring product quality during production • Cutting and finishing products using saws and CNC machinery • Operating equipment such as routers, moulders and drop saws • Assembly of products to customer specifications • Packing and preparing finished goods for dispatch • Picking orders and loading trucks • Moving stock using forklifts • Basic equipment maintenance and general factory housekeeping What We're Looking For We are seeking practical, reliable people who enjoy working in a hands-on manufacturing environment. To be successful in this role you should have: Current Forklift Licence (LF) and experience Previous experience in manufacturing, production or machine operation Experience using hand tools and workshop equipment Ability to read instructions and perform basic measurements and calculations Strong work ethic and reliability Physical fitness suitable for manual handling tasks Understanding of WHS/OH&S practices in manufacturing environments Experience with plastic extrusion, rotomoulding, CNC machining, fabrication, or industrial manufacturing will be highly regarded. Working Conditions Our manufacturing operations run across multiple shifts. Team members may work: • Rotating roster (typically 4 weeks days / 2 weeks nights) • Fixed shifts available for Rotomoulding Technicians Flexibility is valued and rewarded.
