Our client is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead a well‑established electrical switchboard manufacturing operation currently located in Salisbury North, Adelaide. This is a hands‑on leadership role with full accountability for branch performance, including people leadership, manufacturing operations, safety, quality, and on‑time customer delivery. You will take ownership of ensuring all switchboards are manufactured, tested, and delivered in compliance with Australian Standards, customer specifications, and ISO‑certified systems. You bring deep switchboard manufacturing knowledge, a practical leadership style, and a commitment to safety, quality, and customer outcomes. You are confident leading trade‑based teams, managing production workflows, and taking ownership of branch performance across safety, delivery, and financial outcomes.
