About the role This fantastic opportunity will be both rewarding and challenging. Richmond Medical is a large practice with 15 GPs, 2 nurses, onsite pathology and has an awesome administration team. We work closely with other service providers and you will enjoy working in a professional and very friendly environment. Hours of work would be 8.00am - 4.10 pm Monday to Friday. Skills and experience Key Responsibilities: Front desk and administration support and day to day liaison with our busy practitioners Managing the employee lifecycle of all staff including recruitment, induction, training, appraisal of staff and ongoing development Managing rostering of doctors, nurses and staff with adequate cover to deliver required services Maintain and ensure continuous improvement of service and quality standards across the practice Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly reports as directed Acting as the conduit between practice staff and practitioners Lead, coach and motivate a team to reach the practice goals Have an understanding of compliance, legislative and accreditation requirements relating to General Practice Develop and monitor systems, processes and procedures with the ability to recognise and implement changes and improvements as necessary Essential: General Practice Management experience of a minimum of 1-3 years Proficient computer skills – either Best Practice or other practice software An excellent understanding of patient billing and receipting The ability to develop and communicate procedures and processes Flexibility in hours of work to maintain business requirements as needed Genuine empathy for patient welfare and superior customer service by "leading by example" and ensuring practitioners and staff adhere to best practice standards Having passion and ambition to develop this role Employer questions Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
