This role provides administrative support to a local government department on a short term contract with a view to ongoing work. WHAT WE OFFER Opportunity for temporary ongoing work Get paid $$ weekly Make a difference within the local community KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide high-quality administrative support to the business unit Utilise internal knowledge base and database systems to seek and maintain customer information including producing reports when required Demonstrate a high level of customer service during all touch points with internal and external customers ABOUT YOU A positive, confident and enthusiastic attitude. Attention to detail with a focus on customer service Strong administrative skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office packages Ideally you will have some experience and knowledge of Council systems including Pathway, Technology One, TRIM.
