Role Overview This is a high-trust role with Perth's most discerning clients, designers and architects. You will be the face of our showroom, guiding clients through a considered design experience and translating their vision into a finished result they love. The role combines in-showroom consultation, in-home design appointments, quoting, pipeline management and ongoing client relationships. It suits someone who loves interiors, listens carefully, and takes pride in delivering beautiful results every time. Provide expert consultations on premium curtains, blinds, shutters and motorisation, helping clients achieve the look and function they are after. Create a premium experience. Guide clients through our showrooms, showcasing fabrics, finishes, smart automation and current trends. Build the relationship. Engage clients with warmth and confidence, turn enquiries into loyal long-term customers, and earn repeat work and referrals. Run a tight ship. Use our CRM, quoting platform and iPad-based workflow to manage leads, quotes and projects with accuracy and follow-through. Stay ahead of the trends. Keep up with developments in interiors, textiles, motorisation and shading technology. Who We Are Looking For A genuine passion for design. A love of interiors, textiles and beautiful homes, with a strong eye for detail. Strong sales instincts. A proven ability to build relationships, convert leads and meet targets, without ever feeling pushy to the client. Confidence and warmth. A natural communicator who is at ease with high-end clients, designers and trade partners. Tech confident. Comfortable working across CRM, quoting software and iPad-based tools. Comfortable with Microsoft 365. Industry-relevant experience. Background in window furnishings, interior design, premium retail or design-led sales is well regarded. A current driver's licence.
