About the Role We are seeking a passionate and experienced HCG Educator to deliver exceptional education programs across Western Australia, with a strong focus on colour education. This role is key to driving education excellence and supporting business growth. You will collaborate closely with the Sales team to strengthen client relationships, deliver impactful education, and identify new opportunities. As a brand ambassador and industry leader, you will inspire and elevate salon professionals while contributing to the continued success of Haircare Group. About You: Minimum 10 years’ experience in hairdressing with relevant qualifications Proven experience delivering education, demonstrations, and workshops Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills Experience in both in-person and online education delivery Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a positive and professional approach Passionate about education, continuous learning, and developing others A collaborative team player with a confident and engaging presence Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (travel required) Bonus Points For: Experience working with professional haircare brands Experience supporting business development through education Exposure to delivering education across multiple salon environments Why join us?
