OSHC Senior Educator / Educator (Multiple positions available) | From Term 2, 2026 Casual positions with shifts available: During Term: 7-9AM and 3-6PM (or 2:15-6PM on Wednesdays) Vacation Care: 7.5 hours shifts available between 7AM - 6PM About Our OSHC Service We are expanding our OSHC service and seeking additional Educators to join our team. Our service provides a supportive and engaging environment for children aged 3–13 years at Ngutu College. With a low staff-to-child ratio, we prioritise a safe and nurturing space where children can explore and thrive before and after school. We are committed to fostering continuity and building strong relationships with children and their families. Our team is highly collaborative, with many OSHC Educators also working in classrooms during the school day, creating a consistent and familiar environment for our learners. The OSHC operates Monday-Friday, 7am - 9am and 3:15pm to 6pm (2:30 - 6pm on Wednesdays). Vacation Care and child-free days run from 7am to 6pm throughout school holidays. About the Role We are seeking a confident, capable and compassionate leader with a strong understanding of OSHC. You will need to bring a balance of operational expertise and educational leadership, with the ability to lead a team, maintain compliance and deliver meaningful programs for children.
