About the role Join a fast-paced hospital team providing vital administrative and medical records support across wards, ED and outpatient services. Manage and track confidential patient records with accuracy, ensuring timely access for clinical teams and external stakeholders. Support release of information requests in line with medico-legal, privacy and Ministry of Health guidelines. Deliver responsive customer service through phone, email and internal enquiries while maintaining high attention to detail. Work collaboratively across departments, providing flexible support and contributing to efficient patient care operations. About you Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams. Proven ability to problem solve, use initiative and manage issues effectively in both team-based and autonomous environments. Experienced in reception and administrative support, delivering high-quality customer service and professional telephone manner. Highly organised with the ability to multitask, prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Sound understanding of patient privacy and confidentiality, with the ability to clearly explain processes and procedures to patients and clinicians. Why work at St Vincent’s?
