We are seeking a capable and organised Sales Support Coordinator to join our Australian sales team on a fixed-term basis. This is to support a parental leave cover from June 2026 to July 2027. Based in our national office, this role plays a critical part in supporting the Sales team and National Sales Manager through high-quality administration, coordination and operational support. Reporting to the Administration Manager and working closely with the National Sales Manager and broader Sales team, you will be responsible for a range of functions that directly support sales effectiveness and business performance. Key responsibilities include: Supporting the Administration Manager with the planning and delivery of sales events, including the National Sales Conference and ad hoc administrative and project support as required Coordinate the monthly National Conference Calls with internal stakeholders to deliver an informative and engaging presentation Provide calendar, travel, expense and administrative support to the National Sales Manager including preparing presentations and reports Ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the national office, including but not limited to coordinating maintenance, couriers, catering and ordering of supplies Managing vehicle fleet administration, including ordering, returns, reconciliations and coordination with third party suppliers Managing FBT and WHS reporting for the Australian market and supporting sales team compliance and training About you You will be a highly organised and detail-oriented administrator who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment. You will bring: A minimum of 2 years’ administration experience in a medium to large organisation Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Experience in sales administration or related (preferred) Experience in diary management, travel booking, personal assistant, or related (preferred) The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with a high level of accuracy Strong communication and relationship-building skills A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt and continuously improve Our Offer We offer a market-competitive remuneration package and a supportive, high-performing team environment.
