Hall of Flame is looking for a proactive, relationship-driven and commercially minded Wholesale & Partnerships Manager to help grow and expand our luxury candle and homewares brand nationally and globally. About Hall of Flame Hall of Flame is a fast-growing Australian ecommerce brand specialising in luxury candles, event products and homewares, supplying customers Australia-wide and internationally. With an established presence in the weddings and events industry, we are now entering an exciting stage of growth into broader wholesale, retail and homewares markets. We are looking for someone who can help us strategically build and scale this side of the business while maintaining the premium positioning and customer experience the brand is known for. About the role This is a growth-focused role centred around developing and managing Hall of Flame’s wholesale and retail partnerships. We are ideally looking for someone with relevant experience who can assist in correctly setting up and expanding this side of the business - helping drive growth, improve systems and support the national and international expansion of our products into aligned retail and wholesale markets. Key details Part time with opportunity for Full time | Mon-Fri 9am-5pm Burswood, Western Australia Salary: Flexible based on experience $80k-$100k starting, with room for growth based on results Starting: Flexible start The role combines: wholesale account management, business development, relationship management, brand growth, and operational coordination. You will work closely with the founders and wider team to help shape the future direction of the brand’s wholesale presence. Key Responsibilities Research, identify and reach out to aligned wholesale and retail stockists nationally and internationally Build and maintain strong ongoing relationships with wholesale partners Assist with the strategic growth and expansion of the wholesale side of the business Support the setup and improvement of wholesale systems, processes and account management procedures Assist onboarding new wholesale accounts and coordinating account setup Maintain regular communication with retail partners to support growth and customer experience Coordinate wholesale launches, product samples and promotional materials Monitor account performance, reorder opportunities and retailer feedback Ensure the brand is represented consistently and professionally across all wholesale partnerships Track account activity, opportunities and communications in an organised manner Work collaboratively with the wider team across operations, logistics and customer experience Assist with trade shows, industry events and wholesale growth initiatives where required Comfortable travelling and meeting clients where required About You The experience below is preferred, but not essential. Above all, we value: initiative, professionalism, organisation, strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and a positive attitude. Ideally, you may have experience in: Wholesale / Partnership account development and management, Experience liaising with key retail accounts (department stores etc.) Experience working with a Retail buyer or has worked as a Retail buyer for a large retailer Experience presenting products to retail buyers Premium branding understanding in the Luxury space (Including but not limited to, Homewares, Fashion, Beauty) We are looking for someone who: is proactive and highly organised enjoys relationship building and communication understands premium branding and customer experience can identify growth opportunities and improve systems is commercially minded without being overly sales-driven works well independently and takes ownership of their role thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment Experience with Shopify, wholesale platforms or CRM systems is beneficial but not essential. A current driver’s licence is preferred.
