We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Recruitment Administrator to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis, available to start immediately. In this role, you will be the engine behind end-to-end recruitment activity, supporting the sourcing and onboarding of Chefs and Utility staff for remote mining village operations across Western Australia. Key Responsibilities Posting job advertisements across job boards and social media platforms Reviewing applications and shortlisting suitable candidates Conducting interviews and coordinating the selection process Managing offer of employment administration and documentation Assisting with candidate mobilisation to remote site locations Responding to internal and external recruitment enquiries in a timely manner What You’ll Bring A genuine passion for recruitment or human resources Experience in HR or recruitment administration (desirable) Strong written and verbal communication skills The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Excellent attention to detail and a customer-first mindset Strong IT proficiency across Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Suite A collaborative team player who can also work independently when required About Our Client Our client is a leading 100% Australian-owned provider of catering and facilities services, operating remote mining village operations throughout Western Australia.
