This is an opportunity to step into a high-impact desk working on roles across a range of trades within mining and Perth based projects, with an existing client base, large database of candidates, systems, and an established brand behind you. The Opportunity As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will: Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue collar trades Build and develop strong client relationships across WA Drive business development and win new clients Source, engage, and place high-quality candidates into permanent roles Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to offer stage Work closely with leadership to grow and scale your desk What We’re Looking For Previous agency recruitment experience or a sales background with KPI driven experience Strong business development and client relationship skills Confident communicator with a commercial mindset Driven, motivated, and eager to build a successful desk What’s on Offer Competitive base salary uncapped commission structure – Paid monthly!
