In this dynamic role, you’ll source high- performing talent across technical, professional, leadership and trade / operator roles. You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle and ensure a smooth, positive transition for new employees as they join. BE part of the change To be part of the change this role will: Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to provide consistent, high-quality recruitment guidance, tools, and updates throughout the hiring process. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while managing end-to-end recruitment, including advertising, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Collaborate with colleagues to support seamless onboarding, ensuring inductions, position descriptions, HRIS updates, and people processes are completed accurately. Build and maintain talent pools and pipelines to meet current and future workforce needs through proactive sourcing of active and passive candidates. Contribute positively to team culture and drive continuous improvement by staying current with recruitment trends, technology, and best-practice sourcing strategies. Skills And Experiences BE this person As part of the solution, you will have: Relevant Degree qualifications preferred Experience in recruitment, preferably in industrial, manufacturing or engineering industries Strong networks, relationships and knowledge across the resources and energy sector Extensive experience with sourcing, evaluation, interviewing and selection of technical, professional, leadership or trades/operator candidates. Strong influencing, negotiation, judgement and decision-making skills. Problem solving and continuous improvement mindset, innovative and initiative driven Experience with resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems. Ability to manage priorities and deadlines and maintain high levels of attention to detail.
