You will support our Quality, Clinical & Risk Manager across aged care and community services. This is a Part-time role, 3 days per week in our office in Manning. Reporting to the Quality, Clinical & Risk Manager, you will provide operational support across quality, clinical governance and risk management systems. You will play an important role in maintaining accurate records, coordinating audit activity, supporting incident and risk processes, tracking actions and ensuring documentation is current, accessible and fit for purpose. High attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping, reporting and data entry Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience using systems such as SharePoint, MOA or similar quality, risk/document management systems The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality A current National Police Clearance less than 3 months old (essential) which meets the requirements of the Aged Care Act.
