Competitive salary package $$$ Full-time, permanent role / 12% Super paid Monday to Friday – enjoy your weekends Supportive team culture with real career progression Free onsite parking - South Guildford location Fortnightly pay cycle / Private Healthcare Discounts What You’ll Be Doing Raising and receipting purchase orders, cross-checking against work scopes and sourcing parts Setting up jobs with complete and accurate information Updating customer and job information, including order number changes and variations Maintaining job records based on authorisation sheet updates in GP Processing job invoicing Entering and reconciling timesheets Completing consumables calculations for jobs Updating labour rates for non-administration staff Ensuring accuracy across all job data, including purchase orders and invoices Supporting general administration tasks, including occasional reception cover About You You’re a motivated and reliable administrator who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment. You’ll bring: At least 12 months administration experience Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability The ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently Excellent time management and organisational skills A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow Good internal and external customer service Ready to Take the Next Step?
