We’re looking for an organised and proactive Service & Workshop Coordinator to join our Belmont team. This is a varied role that combines administration, scheduling, workshop support and client communication. If you enjoy keeping things organised, solving problems and supporting a busy team, we’d love to hear from you. About the Role Your day-to-day duties will include: • Coordinating jobs, schedules and technician bookings • Ordering parts and organising deliveries/transport • Supporting technicians with tools, equipment and job preparation • Liaising with clients and confirming service bookings • Preparing job paperwork and maintaining records • Tracking servicing and compliance for vehicles, equipment and lifting gear • Helping maintain a safe, organised and efficient workshop environment About You We’re looking for someone who: • Has strong organisational and communication skills • Can manage multiple tasks and priorities • Is reliable, proactive and team-focused • Has good computer and record-keeping skills • Understands the importance of workplace safety • Holds a current Driver’s Licence Experience in workshop administration, service coordination, transport, maintenance or industrial environments will be highly regarded. Forklift, EWP, First Aid or Working at Heights tickets are beneficial but not essential. Training can be provided for the right person.
